Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refund requests for Wick Hunter Unleashed software licences and optional managed hosting sold by Wick Hunter Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. It describes our voluntary policy; it does not limit refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

1. Cancelling a recurring plan

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access generally continues through the end of the current paid period. Monthly or Yearly Software and hosting bundles cancel together. Hosting attached to a Lifetime licence is a separate monthly subscription and is cancelled separately. To avoid a scheduled first charge after the launch free period, cancel before that charge is due.

2. First-purchase refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 days after your first actual payment for the applicable Software or hosting purchase by emailing admin@wickhunterunleashed.com. This applies to a Lifetime licence paid at checkout and to the first actual charge for a recurring Software or hosting purchase. If a card subscription starts during the prelaunch access period, the 7-day period begins when its first charge is made, not when the payment method is collected at signup. We review requests individually; send the account email and transaction details so we can locate the purchase. A request does not itself guarantee approval under this voluntary policy. Rights that applicable law requires us to honor remain unaffected.

3. Renewals and combined purchases

Renewal charges are generally not refundable under this voluntary policy. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another charge. For a combined Software and hosting purchase, the 7-day first-purchase request period applies to the initial combined purchase. For hosting purchased separately with a Lifetime licence, it applies to the first hosting purchase. These terms do not restrict any mandatory legal right.

4. How to request a refund

Email admin@wickhunterunleashed.com within the applicable 7-day period. Include the email address used at checkout, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will return the payment through the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank or wallet.
