Activity & notifications
Read what the bots did or refused, and set up Discord notifications.
Activity
Activity is the log of what your bots did and why: entries, DCA fills, exits, pickups, and every entry they skipped or refused, with the reason. When a bot is quiet, read Activity before changing settings.
Typical reasons you will see:
- price inside the band, or a liquidation below the minimum size;
- a deal cap or Market limit reached;
- "Entry data refused" (candles or prices not ready, stale or rate-limited);
- "Left alone — …" for a position outside the Manual Bot's scope;
- Hedge Mode or permission problems on the account.
New entries are refused when required data is stale or missing. Exits and protection continue.
Notifications (Discord)
Set everything in Settings → Notifications:
- Create a webhook in your Discord channel and paste its address beside Discord webhook. The saved address is never shown again in full; the line under the scope control shows which webhook is in use, with only the last four characters of its token.
- Choose Which messages: Deal opened, DCA filled, Deal closed, Hedge events and System alerts.
- Optionally add Include on close cards: Wallet, Daily P&L, Total P&L. All three ship off.
Good to know:
- A close may first post as Closed — reconciling with no figure. The same message is edited when the exact result arrives.
- If the exact result cannot be verified, you get Closed — P&L pending (or withheld, with the reason) instead of a guessed number.
- A figure the app has not read is left off, never printed as zero.
- Rarely, a message can arrive twice after a restart. Delivery is never silently dropped.
Alerts worth acting on
- UNPROTECTED: a managed position has no take profit on the exchange. Check the exchange.
- HEDGE MODE BLOCKED or HEDGING DISABLED: the account or pair is not in Hedge Mode.
- exchange sync DEGRADED: account reads have been failing for over a minute.
- PRICE FEED MISSING: prices for the named pairs stopped. New entries on them wait.
