FAQ

Short answers to the questions customers ask most.

Do you hold my funds?

No. The app runs on your server and trades with your own API key. Keys need trade permission only; never enable withdrawals.

Does stopping the app close my trades?

No. Orders resting on the exchange (take profits, most stops, DCA limits) keep working. App-held items, such as timed DCAs and app-watched exits, wait until the app is back. See Core concepts.

Can I run wickhunter.io and Unleashed on the same account?

No. Use one system per exchange account. See Moving from wickhunter.io.

Do I need a VPS?

Yes, the app always runs on a server: your own VPS, or managed hosting from us. See Plans & pricing.

What happens if my licence expires?

Exit-only mode: closing and protection continue, nothing new opens. Your data stays on your server.

Can I trade on a demo account?

Demo accounts aren't available at the moment. Start on your live account with the smallest sizes the exchange allows.

Why is a figure shown as a dash?

The app has not verified it yet. It never shows an unknown value as zero. See P&L.

Why didn't I get a Discord message?

Check Settings → Notifications: the webhook and the message toggles. A close can first post as "Closed — reconciling" and be edited later.

Does DCA guarantee a losing trade recovers?

No. It increases position size; the market can keep moving against you.

Open the install page from your purchase email; it issues a fresh one-time command. For a password reset, contact Support. Never share your password in chat.

Can I type 1,5 instead of 1.5?

Yes. Number boxes accept either. Don't use thousands separators. In pair lists, commas separate items.

Is my bot broken if it hasn't traded?

Usually not. Filters, bands, caps and warm-up all prevent entries on purpose. Activity names the reason. See Troubleshooting.
