Using the app
P&L
How closed-trade profit and loss is read from the exchange, and what a dash means.
The P&L page shows closed results for the selected account and market, as published by the exchange. Every day is a UTC day, the same as the header's Day P&L and the exchange.
Where the figures come from
- Closed P&L comes from the exchange's own trade history, including fees and funding where the exchange publishes them.
- Where an exchange publishes less, the page shows less rather than filling the gap.
- USDT / USD switches the wallet and equity basis where the exchange publishes both.
- Bot cards on My Bots show realized P&L and win rate for trades attributed to that bot. Hedge profits belong to the Hedge Bot.
- CSV exports include history coverage and verification details.
A dash is not zero
A figure the app cannot verify is shown as a dash, "pending" or "unresolved", with the reason. It is never estimated or counted as zero.
- Closed — P&L pending: the exchange has not yet published a record the app can verify.
- Pending exchange net P&L (Bitget Unified): a partial close is posted once the position fully closes.
- Unresolved hedge profit: the position is released, and the exact closing trade is matched in the background. It settles by itself; you get HEDGE STOP SETTLED when it does.
Exchange notes
- WEEX: up to 365 days of fill history are imported automatically.
- Aster: closed P&L is rebuilt from the account ledger and can read slightly higher than the wallet change, because the entry fee cannot be attributed to a single trade.
If a figure looks wrong
- Check that the header shows the right account and market.
- Compare with the exchange's own closed-P&L page for the same UTC day.
- If they still disagree, send a bug report from the P&L page (Contact Support); it carries the exact numbers the exchange returned.
